eut with a band of stylized leafage, gilt interior and
simply pierced grille, lin. wide, marked on base and lid,
1802; a small oblong Snuff Box, the flush hinged lid
bright-cut and centred by an initialled cartouche,
wide, 1795, both by Samuel Pemberton, both
Birmingham; and two circular Boxes.
A William IV oblong Vinaigrette, the lid wriggleworked
with flowerheads and foliage centred by initiais,
foliate grille, Vain, wide, marked on base, lid and grille,
by Thomas Shaw, Birmingham, 1833.

corners, the flush hinged lid engraved with scrolling
foliage pendant from bands of annulets, initialled on

with a bright-cut stem and trowel-shaped bowl, by
Joseph Taylor, 1807; and another, the bowl wriggle-
worked with crossed foliate sprays enclosing a vacant
shield, apparently no maker’s mark, 1775, both
