in script, 1769; and another, crested below the ring terminal,
by Robert Rutland, 1823, both London, 8oz.

SIX GEORGE III OLD ENGLISH PATTERN TABLE-
SPOONS, one with dog tooth borders, three engraved
with a crest, by Hester Bateman, London, 1782/3/7,
12oz. 6dwt.

A GEORGE III MEAT SKEWER, crested below the
ring terminal, maker’s mark double Struck, apparently by
William Tarlton, Chester, 1802; and another, by William
Ward, Dublin, 1808, 4oz. 17dwt.

SEVEN GEORGIAN HANOVERIAN PATTERN TABLE-
SPOONS, one with rat tail bowl, the majority initialled or
crested on the terminal reverses, various makers’ marks,
London, 1756/63/5 and circa, one only Dublin, 1728,
15oz. 3dwt.

A GEORGE II PUNCH LADLE, the oval bowl with a single
lip engraved with initiais and a crest, turned wood handle,
by David Hennell, 1746; and another, similar, by William Garrard, 1743, both London.

EIGHT GEORGE III OLD ENGLISH SILVER PATTERN
TABLESPOONS, crested, two with bright-cut stems, six
by Peter and Ann Bateman, 1794, the other two 1783, alt
London, 17oz. 7dwt.

A GEORGE III STRAINING SPOON, the bowl
pierced on one side with saltires and pellets, the stem
initialled below a Coronet, wood handle, by Eley, Fearn
and Chawner, London, 1813.

TEN GEORGIAN FIDDLE PATTERN SILVER TABLESPOONS,
initialled, various makers’ marks, London, 1788/
1812/26, 23oz. 8dwt.

AN OVAL THREE-PIECE SILVER TEA SET, the bodies part
lobed above ring bases, the basin and jug with moulded
angular handles, the pot with domed cover and
